Kneading
Pressuring the neck and back areas by using circular movements. It evokes similar sensations which we experience when the massage specialist firstly squeezes and then releases the neck and back “sections” along both sides of the spine from top to bottom or vice versa. This massage type improves blood circulation, relieves painful feelings and swelling.

knocking
Rapid and rhythmic touches and knocks to the back area from bottom to top and from top to bottom. Normalises blood circulation reduces stiffness and relieves muscle tension. The more often the knocks occur, the more effective the massage is.

tapping
It is performed on symmetrical areas of the suprascapular, interscapular, and subscapular regions in a sitting or lying position. In terms of sensations and impact, this type of massage is similar to the one recommended for medical purposes in traditional medicine: when a hand is placed on the back with the palm down and rhythmically tapped on with a fist. Tapping massage is effective when treating respiratory diseases, for example, it facilitates mucus discharge during bronchitis.

Shiatsu
Roller movements - precise pressure application on every vital point of the body with a specific level of intensity - are maximally similar to hand movements of a massage therapist. Shiatsu massage technique has a diverse restorative effect on the whole body: it stimulates the functioning of the immune, endocrine, cardiovascular and nervous systems.

rhythmical
Developed on the basis of the classic Swedish massage. Differs in the rhythmic sequence of tension versus relaxation. Instead of applying the inward pressure, the tissue is relaxed by the peripheral movement using the special “suction” technique. Rhythmical massage is effective when swelling occurs, it improves the general condition of the body in cases of multiple disease combination or preclinical state when the person is experiencing general chronic fatigue and weakness
